Soulcatcher Studio is located in the high desert oasis of Santa Fe, New Mexico. We welcome visitors to our Studio location at The Lofts, 3600 Cerrillos Rd., Suite 504B. Click here for a map and directions. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM (Mountain time), and Saturday by appointment. For your convenience we are also open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the World Wide Web. Worldwide shipping is available (Please inquire for options and rates).
Payment Terms/Title Transfer: The availability of a photograph is subject to prior sale. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in US Dollars, excluding shipping and tax (if applicable). Layaway/Terms are available. Payment in full is due prior to shipment of the photograph(s). Payment must be in US Dollars, payable on a US bank unless other arrangements are made. Title for the purchased photograph(s) is not transferred to the purchaser until such time that Soulcatcher Studio receives payment in full. The purchase of any photograph(s) does not constitute the purchase of a copyright or permission to reproduce the image(s) in any form.
We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted by telephone or through the secure online payment service PayPal.com (please inquire). We also accept payment by Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer. Personal Checks are also accepted with a minimal holding period for clearance of funds. Credit Card Purchase Details: Please note that credit card payments are accepted by telephone, or online through PayPal.com. Simply contact us by telephone or Email and let us know the items that you wish to purchase with your credit card. We can take your order over the phone, or if you prefer, we can send you an electronic invoice to pay through PayPal.com. Click on the PayPal link on the electronic invoice and use your credit card to make a secure online payment. It is not necessary for you to join PayPal to pay with a credit card at Soulcatcher Studio. Tax and Shipping: There is a 7.9375% sales tax applicable to all purchases made within the state of New Mexico. Sales tax is not applicable to purchases billed and shipped to an out-of-state address. All purchases are carefully packed by our expert staff and shipped via Federal Express or USPS at the expense of the client. Foreign shipments are subject to the full customs regulations of the country to which they are sent. |
